How can we ensure that using Envato Elements assets on a website doesn't negatively impact its performance or SEO, especially when considering the optimization of images, fonts, and other media for faster load times?

Can you give an example of something that would cause problems? I've used them without noticing anything negative, but I may have missed something too.

I faced an issue where some of the assets I used from Envato Elements, particularly high-resolution images and large video files, weren't optimized for the web. This led to slower page load times, which negatively impacted both the performance and SEO of my site. Even when I compressed the images, the file sizes were still larger than expected. Selectively optimizing images, videos, and fonts helped, but it was a challenge to manage all the media efficiently.
