Can any one tell me that what is difference between new visit and unique visit?

Let you explain basically there are three types of visitor. Here I explain all of them.

(1) Unique Visitors - Unique Visitors represents counted only once visitors to your website over the course of a specified time period.

(2) New Visitor - A visitor that has not made any previous visits.

(3) Returning Visitor - If the session time of visit of a visor has expired and then he visit our site again, they are finally counted as a returning visitor and a new session is created.

I think the unique visistor is the new visitor. It is not difference.
