I want to know the difference between SBM tag and Blog Tag ?

In delicious(SBM) i post about webdesign using different keywords in tags, for ex web design, web development. In Blogger(Blog) i post about web design using same sbm tag keyword. sbm tags are showing all results about web design(who are all post about web design in tags ), but blog tag showing only my blog content. why the difference ? and which is better sbm tag or blog tag
