Do you mean - How do you tell your client that their logo is not good?

If thats what you mean, then as a designer and an expert you must point out why their logo is not good and give them solid and constructive examples how it can be improved.

If your client has any sense then they will listen and take your suggestions seriously as you are the expert in this field and they are paying you for your expertise and experience.
