My website is not getting indexed in Google after last algorithm updates. I have removed all the bad links from it. But still no positive results are coming for this website. Now I am planning to change the domain name of this website. The same content will be used on new domain. Will it cause problems in indexing the new website? Is it possible to use the same content as it is not indexed by Google? I am going to use keyword in new domain name. Will using keyword be beneficial in new domain? Please let me know if any other option is available besides changing domain name for better SEO results.

I think you've to wait a little more, and send google reindex request again.

Since your website is suffering from Google penalty and you have removed the the bad links, I suggest to check again your website and then submit a reconsideration request . You should only submit the request after you have ensured it is not violating any of Google webmaster guidelines.

Note that if you redirect the current domain to the new domain, then the penalty will be transferred to the new domain.
