Nowadays hundreds of SEO companies offering services like increasing keyword rankings, traffic, Facebook likes, Twitter followers..etc for our website, it is very attractive but honestly those services are still helpful for website ? if bought them then easy to get risks by penalizing from search engines?

Many are providing service like this but you should have to think on some point.
Like keyword research, how they plan to for your keyword research cause without it the beginning won't be a major success.
And Are they going to do the competitor analysis for your related market,writing sites content with the best of quality and there's a whole list of things like that.

My point is without checking the working strategy of their and how they are going to plan the content part you should not go with any SEO company for your business or website.
