How do I add content on Wikipedia?

I heard more about useful of wiki for SEO but how do I add content on Wikipedia then I didn't know.??
Anyone can give me any short tips..

Wikipedia is really very nice site to get high traffic. if you want to upload content, you should make account on Wikipedia. after that, you would be able to updoad the content.

Simple Register your Account with Email Id and Username. then verified your mail id. then go to wiki..
and login your account editing option is Enable in Your account.....
