Effect of opencart on ranking

My website was ranked on 4th position on first page. I opted to add opencart in my website as it is an online pharmacy site. But as soon I install opencart to my site, it lost its ranking and now this website is ranked on 15th page. I am not able to configure what is the problem. If anyone can help or suggest what I have done wrong?

By adding more of Content to your site you have diluted keywords / key phrases base.
Eventually place in SERP will come back depending of course on how much competition
you'll have to fight for that place.

In some cases new keywords may put your site in SERP even in better position.
There is nothing you can do know but to wait.

Would suggest to install extensions for SEO and URL rewriting . It might help improve rankings.
