The choice depends on the traffic measurement: alexa rank, pageviews a day, unique visitors a month, original content, mostly USA, Western Europe or Asia. If your traffic is very good sure you have to try Google. Otherwise you should consider some ad networks like Fidelity Media or Epom.

Sure, use Google Analytics What do you want to know specifically? Which SEO and Marketing tools I use to promote my website? I’m afraid I do not use any uncommon services.
