Which is better seo or smo ?

I have heard that SMO is good to increase huge amount of traffic but I think seo is better than smo. what's your opinion about this.

SMO is a part of SEO. Now a days both are better and useful also. We have to do all the activities and we can also go for the SMM.

For increasing site traffic both SEO & SMO are the best but only SMO (Social media optimization) gives traffic in huge amount and from different country or territory.

You can not choose between them, both have their own qualities. They both can provide you traffic as well as brand value, if you work hard on them. You need to use both of them in a balanced way so you can maximize the result.
