Let's say a customer signup for Google Adsense. He has a .us website, with english content and 90% of visitors from US. The owner of the Google Adsense Account is from other country (i.e. South Africa, China etc). When the visitors from US are accessing the website (as I said above, in bold) all ads are US related (&realted to website content), right? The owner of the Google Adsense Account will receive the cost per click as to a website from US? Or does he will receive the cost per click as a website in (i.e. South Africa, China etc) from where is located the owner?
(anyone knows that in US the cost-per-click comission is bigger than other countries, and I want to know if it is important if you are US resident to get the full cost-per-click comission, for an US website, with english content and majority of visitors US based)
It's a curiosity!
Thanks!
