I heard more methods to build backlinks point to my sites but I do not really understand which is best methods in building backlinks for my websites at this time?

When you want to increase pagerank then you should use method 1 and 2, it will bring more effect. Note that websites pointing to your website the more higher PR the more PR score you will get.

According to me if we wants to create back-links for our website then some of Best Off-Page strategies is best to create quality back-links. best method which should adopted by me to create quality back-links are :
1. Article submission
2. Blog posting
3. Press release
4. Forum posting

Note: All these submission and posting should need to be done by using the quality and fresh content.

If we talk about THE BEST link building methods then I think Ezine, sbwire gives you the valuable links and it is counted as genuine links as because in order to get your PR's or articles approved on these website you have meet their guidelines which itself is a genuine.

So, no spamming and only share valuable information you will get backlinks.

There are various ways to create meaningful back-links. Well I think that article submission and press release both works good to create back-links. Most of my favorite is guest blogging through guest blogging you actually create a massive link wheel.

All backlinks are good. The No-Follow links are good for diversity.
If you're doing guest posts, you should always ask for the link to be do-follow.
