I agree with this ideas, it could be the most effective way to get webpages index fast on google or other search engines. But you need to be sure a thing, you must have high PR sites to do that. In other words, you will not allow to do that on other site having good PR.

You can submit xml sitemap on google by webmaster tool. It is also best way to index your site fast.
