First way - Install WordPress theme through the management.
Step 1
Do login to the wordpress admin.
For example: yourdomain.com/wp-admin
Step 2
Switch from the left pane of the management on the Appearance-> Themes. There you will see on your screen the active themes which is usually Twenty Twelve as well as free wordpress themes.
We click Add New.
Here we have 2 options:
1/ you can chose from featured themes from wordpress that separates for ease in (Featured, most popular, Last or to do a Search by criteria) and
2/ you can upload (Upload issue) from your computer the zip file that includes only the theme you have chosen and downloaded from the manufacturer.
Step 3
After you select and make the upload button press the Install now (Installation).
Step 4
Patience within few minutes you will have completed the installation of your WordPress theme.
Step 5
After the theme has been installed then you will see the following picture. Just here you are given the option to do a preview of your new theme before the turn.
Step 6
Select your theme and spend to set up its properties, as you propose your manufacturer's Guide.
Never forget that outside of the theme settings should do and the Basic WordPress settings after installing.
Second way - Install WordPress theme using ftp client.
Step 1
Connect with ftp or better with sftp, ssl with the drive of the Server that hosting your site.
Step 2
Transfer from your computer the file (but now not in zip format) that includes only the theme you have chosen and downloaded from the disk of the server manufacturer in point ../wp-content/themes .
Step 3
After you pass your topic follow these steps 1 and 2 where here you will see now and the issue that probably, you select it and go to step 5 where you just have to activate your theme.
Notes after each install new theme must:
- Delete all the rest
- Always any update on available working or whatever else you keep.
- Taking backup before each update of the theme.
