About Paypal Account Upgrade

I have my paypal account set in "Personal Plan" and my question is if I upgrade my plan to "premier" or "business" do paypal charge me with additional fee?

You can upgrade from Personal to "premier" or "business" without fee, I sure that, I applied for my account. An advice is you should update to Business if you are running a eCommerce website or a website making money online. It's more benefits when you owned an Business account.

thanks for quick response sir, I do playing around with Opencart now and it seems that I need my paypal account upgrade to "business plan" before I be able to get the "api's details"

one last question, no monthly or yearly fee after the upgrade? thanks a lot sir.

Just upgrade your account.

I have no idea why it isn't automatic when you join Paypal, but it's painless and totally free.
