I saw some Server errors on my Google Webmaster Tools and it affects SEO rankings?
Should I change to a new host to decrease these errors and help my site SEO better on rankings?

Any errors have bad affects SEO rankings, the Server errors on the Google Webmaster Tools are also not good.
You need to eliminate them, or change to a new host(it's more complicated way).
