How can I start getting Facebook Likes from Scratch?

Please suggest me any tips how can I start getting Facebook Likes from Scratch?
I didn't use invite my friend to like my facebook page because I'd rather keep it clean and not "spammy"
I already have a twitter account and google+ profile with a decent amount of followers, so I can assume I can start by tweeting my Facebook page link into them?.
what are helpful ideas?

actually spamming and getting links is different thing. in your business you need to have your customers managed with your constant advice and tips. Engaging your known group of clients is more important.
you have many wrong ways to get FB likes, but right ways are long term and you should have some expert value to engage your group of people.

Invite your friend on Facebook to like page - its not gonna spammy - you can manage it
Share fb page link on other profiles post or include in profile.
share it under another relevant FB pages

Just run a Facebook campaign in these countries:

India, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Bangladesh, and other 3rd world countries that have internet and a large percentage of the population speaks english.

It's the best way I know and I used to get likes for less then a penny when running a campaign for impressions. But I set it up very well and used a Fan Gate, which Facebook is banning, if they haven't already.

Eexactly it will help me save money for advertising but instead of getting likes for my fan page, I will want to increase traffic for my blog post, go with promoting post, right?

You can although I've had more success with running a like campaign and setting it all up in ad manager. I don't really run promoted posts. The CTR is crap!

There's a big market out their for advertising on FB and clients pay big if you can master it.
