Should I switch to HTML5?

Hi everyone,
This is my first post on forum. I have a question that's I should change to HTML5 or keep as the original codes (normal html codes/html4) on my website. I really didn't know which advantages HTML5 can bring to my site. Anyone has knowledge of HTML5, give me any explanations

If you know HTML 4, it is easy to learn HTML 5.. Also you can check for tutorials on how to create responsive website using HTML 5 with twitter bootstrap. As a website designer.. Thr is huge demand for HTML 5 because of responsive layouts...
