Google Penguin 3.0! Any websites got hit?

After reported recently, Google Penguin 3.0 is launched and started rolling from Oct 17th 2014. Is Google released the news officially?
May-be a BETA version of 3.0 has released and I saw some websites got hit...Anyone got the same with traffic loss/rankings decrease?

My website have facing this problem since last one month. All the keyword ranking of my website is going down continuously. IS there ant way to improve this?
This happen after the update of Google panda 4.1.

Try to have quality backlinks on high quality sites or forums, you can easy get more index pages for your website on Google search results and other search engines

Don't worry if your site ranking going down because it due to update of Google Penguin 3.0 and Google Panda 4.1. You have need to implement continue seo technique for your site and update content of your site then you will get back rank very soon within month or soon.
