What is the difference between Ipone 5s and Iphone6?

I'm the owner of 5s and satisfied with purcase but would be very grateful if somebody could explain me the valid difference between these two models. Is it worth to buy 6 or wait for another model? There are versions that iphone 6 is very thin and this is why it bends.
Can anybody refute these claims or confirm? I think it's really interesting for everyone =)
