Neteller or Skrill. What do you prefer?

I know, all will say Paypal is the best but my question here is not about Paypal. I specifically want to know about Neteller or Skrill (formerly known as Moneybookers).
Which one you think the best and why? Please response with details.

Skrill seem to weight more favorably with consumers (lower fees, better coverage) while the security levels for both are top notch.
