DirectAdmin has two license models: pay a monthly low fee for the license or you can pay once for the same license for a higher price. If you are planning to use the VPS for 10 months or more you should choose the one-time license. This license is valid forever and has no limitations on what you can do with it (except that it only can be used with that VPS).
