How to set up a Custom Domain for Blogger?

hello, I have already a blogger account and posts on it, but I want to run a custom domain (godaddy or namecheap) and using a main domain for blogger.
It's possible?
what are easy techniques to handle it?

Steps Below:

1. After Login to Godaddy account click on My Account tab.

2. Click Domains tab, you will see the list of your domain names. Click on Domain Manager for your desired domain.

3. At Domain Manager Page, there is a section under the heading DNS Manager, you can edit the DNS configuration from there by clicking Launch button.

4. Add A records in DNS Manager for the following ip(s).

216.239.32.21
216.239.34.21
216.239.36.21
216.239.38.21

5. Enter ghs.google.com as the Host Name. Specify a TTL or use the default setting of 1 hour.

Done.
