As an affiliate I would rather use JVZoo as once people know you, you get paid instantly, whereas with Clickbank you are always waiting.
As a vendor I use JVZoo but block EU sales because of the VAT issue, basically tax is now calculated at the point of sale, ie where the customer is.
With Clickbank they take care of the VAT issues.
Don't think that because you are in the USA you can ignore the new EU Value Added Tax Regulations. They apply to every digital sale made in any of the EU countries no matter where you are based.
In March 2014 every member country of the OECD, which is just about everyone signed an agreement to enforce each others tax regulations... Implementation is supposed to be completed by 1st January 2016.
Whether they will bother with small traders initially who knows but it will come. Poland for example could fine you up to 25,000 euros for not making a return when you should.
