First things first, you need to read the rules of the forum: https://www.webmastersun.com/threads/296-Webmaster-Sun-Forum-Rules

Secondly: a similar thread was created a few days back so instead of creating a new one, simply revive the old one.

Thirdly: your question is too general and you'll never get a satisfying answer, try to narrow it down. This is the same reason the previous thread didn't get any response. Your question requires a full course :DD:

OK let me answer your question so that you can see what I'm talking about.

Before optimizing your website, you need to do some keyword research. After you've got your keywords you'll need to create blog posts using those keywords. Also add related keywords in each blog post so that you can rank for multiple keywords.

Don't do any keyword stuffing or else Google will penalize you. You need to do some good on-page seo, also add visuals in your content to entice the reader and keep them on the site for long. Use breadcrumbs to make it easy for the user to navigate the site.

Once that's done you need to do some off-page seo, backlinks. That's how you optimize your website for search engines.

Now, can you see how many questions and arguments my post can create? Simply because of a general question, so narrow your questions down and you'll get valuable answers.

To start optimization firstly you have to do Keyword research and after that you have to optimize your website content according to the keywords and after that create Title and description for each page according to your content and targeted location. And do changes in Alt tags, Header Tags, resolve www errors, check your Url whether it has underscores in it or not. Create webmaster tool, analytic account, they will tell you if your website have any issue, and analytics will tell you how your website is performing. After all of these you can start Off page or link building to get backlinks.

Thanks andersonbruce's. I have one more question.
What services can be used for the selection of keywords? Except adwords Google
How many keywords can be used for one page? What to do to have no spam and how many text has to be on one page? For example 2000 signs without a gap. Is it enough?

YOu ready for the BIG BANG? Here it is:

First step to SEO is to message Matt Cutts on Twitter and tell him how much you like what hes done.

Next practice with social networks. Share, share, share. THe way that shares kind of lead into other shares will give you a good idea of how backlinks work. Think about someone sharing your stuff across the web. What would that look like?

Thats SEO in a nutshell.

Peace OUT!

The first thing would be to work on on page optimization. There are few things that you must work on.

1. upload xml sitemap and add your site in google webmater tools
2. update your meta tags, especially title tag , h1 tag and img txt tag
3. do cross linking
4. add a blog into your website and keep on updating it regularly

Thanks tk-hassan, I understand you.
I have uploaded site-map, robots.txt, title, description.
Do you mean "do cross linking" - linking between pages?

Hiiii Mrfrunze...
Yes, cross linking is development of link between two different sites, whether it is owned by same person or not. It helps user to jump on other sites having similar content. And this will help you in increasing your site ranking.

SEO optimization
start [URLnf="http://www.hobo-web.co.uk/seo-tutorial"]here [/URLnf]
then do a keywords analysis
Moderate your article in relation to keyword analysis
on-page optimisation
and then publish your article across as content generator websites Reddit, Tumbler, there are many articles on where to ublish your content.
And then start commenting and networking because this will improve your position.
Hope this helps you,

Just Google "keyword research tool" and you will get so many free tools to find keywords, You can select any one of them as per your convenience. But I prefer word tracker along with Google keyword planner.

As per Google, they will not consider keywords whether you put them in keywords tag on your website or not. But you can use as much keywords for off page promotion as much you want.

Always write informational and unique content and only promote your content on niche related website. This will keep you away from spamming. And according to me, content in 15-20% portion of whole page is enough. Whether is can be of 2000 characters or may be less then that

Firstly change meta data of your site according to your need. Create Site Map for the site. Add a blog to your site.
