After I have studied about ways to manage unmanaged VPS I am owning one now
I have a question, how can I backup all data (include files, data and configs) in my linux VPS so that I can restore them when I move to a new unmanaged vps but different IP adress?
And I can do the backup for managed VPS?

the easiest way is to use r1soft. This will take an image of your VPS. There are a few websites that will provide you with this service and all you do is install the local agent.

yes google r1soft bare metal restore. What is your VPS running? Have you checked with your VPS provider that they don't provide a backup solution? Places like Digital ocean will give you the option to take a snapshot.

forgot to mention r1soft can't backup openvz vps.

Keep in mind that software like r1soft can be quite pricey, if you are looking for a free solution you probably aren't going to find one. Your best bet is to choose a provider that offers a solution such as this, or that offers the capability to create image backups of your VPS.
