How many articles do I need for a new blog?

I have a plan in next week, it will be a new blog about internet marketing niche where I can share tutorial on how to market your blogs online
I would like to know if you did it in the past with your blog, that's how many articles do I need for a new blog to have at least 150 visitors a day from google search results?

There are quite a few factors to take into consideration here... Such as if you are gaming the serps with backlinks which makes a massive difference.... But lets assume that is not the case and you are creating a new blog and intend only posting articles together with on-page SEO... Then that will depend on your keywords and also if your chosen topic is trending e.g. latest news etc...

I can only go on my experience - the best I have achieved was a blog consisting of three articles which achieved that without any efforts relating to backlinking etc... I will say in this particular case I reckon I got lucky as I wrote one really long definitive article on a topic which was searched alot but had little in the way of quality information on the serps... It related to my experience of using FB ads for the first time whereby I lost my account for no apparent reason and even before posting my first ad - and then how I got my account back, fully restored lol... An epic read at around 10,000 words which still pulls in visitors today... Since then I've come to realize that writing awesome content can make a huge difference, that is of course if it answers the questions people are searching for .... hint... hint... ;-)
