Inner pages are not crawling

Hello Guys,
I am going through one problem of webmaster tool that is
My main domain or home page os crawling (all keywords related to my home page/main domain are crawling very good),but THE problem is my websites inner pages are not crawling that I am creating links for it from one month,there are 500 live links for this page then also serpbook showing no result.
I am pretty sure that it is the problem of webmaster as I have changed my site design once plus I changed my site from wordpress to HTML.
Need expert reply.
