How to SEO an image on the 1st Page of google image search results
which makes an image on first page of google, It comes naturally or I have to do SEO for it?

When you upload an image, it has title, description, alt text, fill them out as if it was your article, alt text are your keywords.

Although this is main things to do seo for an image but mostly images have already got that but others or some are getting higher rankings on images result on google search, does it have any special factors which helped it on top #1?

Indeed... At the core of Google's ranking algo it is still primarily based on links. So if you want an image to rank higher on the serps then the ranking of the webpage which the image is on contributes - provided the image is relevant.

To ensure the image is relevant you should use alt, title, description attributes for the image ensuring that it contains LSI keywords which you want it to rank.

In otherwords Google ranks your page for a particular keyword and notes that a particular image is highly relevant due to the association of the meta data of the image to the keyword which the page is ranking for...

In addition if you allow people to share your image i.e. on social networks e.g. pinterest then that also provides links which tells G that this image is really good for the specific keywords assigned.

I do not believe image views/impressions makes any significant difference with images ranking higher on the serps... That is too easy to fake and it does not tell G if the image is relevant... The way G can tell if the image is relevant is if the image is being used by other sites as well as if the image is on pages which are ranking - noting that the image must be strongly associated with the keyword for which the page ranks for....

I don't that you need to care about the image because it'll will rank higher whenever you article was pull up to higher position. Thus, you just consider some trick of your image optimization such as

1- your keyword in image name (yourkeyword.jpg)
2- optimize image such as use keyword in alt, title, and image description...
