To start up an online business, how much is it required to invest for building a responsive list?

If I has no product, what products would you recommend me as free report?

Is it possible to build a list without investing or no product?

1) you have to decide in which type of business you do online.
2) focus on the market where you get that product in a reasonable prices.
3) Add them in your website.
4) promote them via facebook or Adword camping for fast business response.

I don't think facebook is effective to grow list, could you tell me to do with Facebook right way? because I failed with FB ads in the ad.

Cost of Adwords is high I don't think it's good way with to build list from this campaign.

This requires research and you should start investigating topics like "How to find profitable niches". I honestly stumble across niches on news, TV, and I scour Google for terms like "to be announced" "to be launched" and etc.

Is it possible to build a list without investing or no product?

YEs but you need an incentive for people to sign up. A free piece of content or media will usually do it. You have to utilize an appealing incentive though. Be smart and understand the psychology of your "buying" audience. What do they like? THen adhere to that.

To drive traffic is FREE. My first $40 (from traffic) was made with $10 in Face ads and CPA offers on a site. Thought I was going to be rich and then FB turned to dust in ROI.

Depending on the product there are tons of ways to get free traffic.

If you put $1 in and get $3 from it, then i'd say keep investing non stop. Some put in $xx,xxx into their lists.
