Start one online marketing plan, the first thing to do is to research issues: market research, customer, competitor.

Customer market research, we need to specify:
- Behavior of customers on the internet
- The needs of customers on the internet
- Customer market operations
- Customer classification

These questions should be:

- Potential customers of your appearance? Why do they appear and how often?
- Demand for products and services that are high, medium or low? In the long period of time and how to measure that counts?
- Increasing or decreasing trend of demand corresponding to the timeline like?
- Your customers not diverse, decentralized and hierarchical?
- What customers interested to use the product, your service?

These tools help conduct surveys, market research online marketing:
- Google Keywords Tool.
- Google Trends.
- Google Insight.
- Google Search.
- Google Docs: Google's online office tools, can help to make the survey simple, fast
- Survey Monkey: Survey Builder, a survey professional.
