Can Youtube ban marketing videos?

We have already got some marketing videos about our websites and products, will upload to Youtube soon.
From your experience with Youtube, they can ban or delete our videos?
or we can upload these videos to YT without any problems?

If it violates copyright then yes.. other than that it depends on the content - as long as it is not offensive or pornographic then I reckon you should be fine....
