Does Google Adwords affect SEO ?

Hi everyone,

I never have used Google Adwords for my website services but I think it helps increasing organic traffic for our websites if we join Adwords. True or false ? thus I want to know your opinion, does Google Adwords affect SEO ? and why ?

Definitely, Google Adwords is very helpful to drive instant traffic on website, but it would be paid traffic not organic because you must have to pay to Google for showing your ads on Google and its partner search sites.
