Re: Paid and Free Video Marketing Tactics
Kal K,
PAID = One way is to use Youtube advertising and Dailymotion advertising among other advertising options offered by widely popular video repositories, such as video tutorial sites and so on that your target audience may be frequenting and talking about, in order to promote your videos...
Another way is to embed your videos in Facebook among other social networks where your target audience hangs out, then promote those posts with your embedded videos and effective call to action buttons through paid campaigns, i.e. Facebook's post boost feature...
One other way is to use your embedded videos with unique commentary content that's most relevant and significant to the readership of laterally and directly relevant, heavily trafficked authority sites in your niches, in order to negotiate mutually beneficial guest posting arrangements and video syndication agreements with the owners / admins / Webmasters of those online places...
FREE = I discussed many advanced tactics for using videos to generate social traffic in
this post...
NOTE: Of course, the purpose of your offsite videos is to warm up offsite traffic and drive that traffic to your site so as to convert them into subscribers (through your incentivized opt-in offers), invisible opt-ins (through Facebook retargeting and Bing remarketing code that's integrated into the pages of your site), fans and followers (through the tactics that I discussed in the linked post above), and viral sharers / embedders / social marketers (also through the tactics that I discussed in the linked post above)...
Hope this helps. Cheers!
