I was recommended with hootsuite, buffer and social dashboard, are they safe and effective to use?

Hootsuite is the best one out there. Great service, easy and intuitive dashboard and they keep on coming out with new features that make it easier to post on several social media outlets.

Buffer one of the market leads tool that let's you schedule and publish your upcoming post all social media channels. Really an excellent tool it is.

The tools only allow you to write same crap everywhere creating duplicate posts.
