That amount of people is perfect actually, but they would need to be jack of all trades within their field..
Let me explain..
If I had 5 workers:
1 - Accountant/Money Manager.. Someone who would take care of taxes and make sure we are making enough money to cover the expenses and have them create the reports (P & L, Balance sheet, cashflow statement). Finally someone who I can go through the numbers with and see if we're healthy and if not I can talk to them and see where to make improvements.
2 - Marketing guy.. This would be the guy that makes sure he is constantly growing the websites traffic and dividing the share of money I gave him to run several campaigns and track progress and would return a positive ROI bringing in more than $2k/month with the $2k I gave him to dispense
3 - Attorney.. He would obviously protect us and help license products and go over the legal statements making sure everything is in tact.
4 - Product Developer/Overseer.. I would need someone to run and maintain the websites and be creating different and more useful options on the website that the visitors can use to make their experience better.
5 - Would be an assistant - Someone who can answer emails and maybe can help come up with ideas to grow our business and do research and various other task.
Then I would just be in charge of talking to these people and make sure everyone is doing their job and try to think along the lines of the bigger picture and thinking how we can expand our websites, but that's the basis of what I would do.
