Can anyone tell me?

Bounce rate is not a ranking factor used by Google.
How to know or how you sure about this?
Google does not know the bounce rate of the majority of webpages on the internet. Most sites are not using Google Analytics.
Almost my blogs are using Google Analytics. I think this is an inexact answer!

What your blogs are doing does not matter.

My point is MOST websites on the internet ARE NOT using Google Analytics. Without EVERY site using Google Analytics, they do not have access to bounce rate data on every site, so they cannot use it as a ranking factor even if they wanted to because they do not have the data.

On top of that, it would be a stupid metric to use. A high bounce rate does not mean that people did not find what they were looking for.

I have webpages with 85%+ bounce rate that are ranking in the top 3 in competitive niches.

The importance of one's website bounce rate has always
really boggled my mind in that why should it matter how
many pages a person visits on my site. If they've found
what they were looking for upon their initial page view,
of course they're prone to leaving my site.

However, I do not lose any sleep over this because I
try to make certain that all of the information I provide
is of value and 9 out of 10 times, visitors to my sites
visit, at minimum, 4 - 6 pages throughout my site.

Provide quality content and you'll never have to worry
about the bounce rate, again, this is just my opinion.

The only bounce rate which matters is SERP (search engine results page) bounce rate and NOT website bounce rate as per web stats/analytics....

The difference is subtle but paramount - bounce SERP rate is when a user searches for something using a search engine i.e. using Google - they click on a result and within seconds are back on the search results with choosing others... This basically tells Google that perhaps the web page which was clicked on may not be so great with satisfying users questions for that particular search phrase...

Using your web stats/analytics does provide some clues to SERP bounce rate - but the data needs to correlate to organic search should you be attempting to get some insight as to that...

That aside there is still some debate as to SERP bounce rate and its relevance - all that I can say is that is Google for sure has that data... and such I'm sure they use it...

Before querying to providing answers, you should know that "Bounce rate" is the percentage of visitors who come to your website and leave without viewing any other pages on your website. If having a high bounce rate on your site is really a bad thing. The bounce rate of a site is so important in SEO when you set up the goals for which the people take a call to action that could lead a visitor of your website include-

Calling your 1-800 number to speak to inquire about products or services.
Leading customers to product sales on another domain or network, such as if you sell products on e-commerence site.
Clicking on ad banners that pay per click or lead to affiliate product marketing sites.
