Best source to buy high quality leads?

Hi guys, I'm looking at buying some leads for my list (MMO) and was wondering where I should look to do this, obviously there are more recommendations such as solo ads, FB ads...etc
but I wanted to hear some opinions from internet marketers who have experience in paying for leads in the make money online niche. Thanks in advance.

I think it totally depends on a niche and I wouldn't believe that there's 1 place, which would have quality leads for every need or niche... So look for it - send emails to people you think could have them, look in business directories, etc.
