It's OK to start with but I think it needs some makeover. The header is too dark IMO. I think you can do more with you header. Your site has a nice name and an excellent favicon. There's not enough content on your website to give a lengthy review but at least you got the foundation right - navigational bar on top is good, no broken links, etc.

TwelveForty IS correct, affordable is misspelled incorrectly. It reads "Afforadable" and should be "Affordable". It is a slight oversight, however, a misspelling none the less.
