Are there any way(s) to implement .htaccess code for all sites in a VPS without adding to each site. I want to save my time, if you know please share your experience!

If it's anything remotely close to a dedicated server, you should
be able to access the *.conf files to set some "server/vps wide"
rules. I have run many dedicated servers, but I've never used,
managed or run a VPS so as I said, IF it is the same concept,
you SHOULD be able to edit the configuration files.

If you find out that I am wrong (which is possible) please post
back so others will know as well.

Yep, you should be able to set directives in httpd.conf that will spread to others, unless you're using virtualhost tags.

If the OP is only running a few sites though, I'd recommend just creating an initial .htaccess 'template' (of sorts) and just copy/pasting it when you setup new virtual hosts.
