Wordpress Frontpage Different For People Not Logged In

its always been fine but today i was logged out and my main page is screwed up for people not logged in. its supposed to look like the pic with two posts next to each other. i havent done anything to the template or really done anything with the css in awhile. i know i havent done anything that would screw it up. added widgets thats it, sounds dumb but thats all ive done besides add plugins

if i take just some text widgets out, they arent there for members but still there for guests
