What is the best Google+ marketing software?

I am using Gplus but its still not providing what I need to market on Google plus. I am looking for tools or software to do marketing campaigns on Google+ to increase followers, comments and shares. What are your recommendations? I prefer paid software or tool but free ones are also good choices.

I have not heard about software for marketing when it comes to GPlus, as software may rise to spamming or fake followers.

If your manual plan is not producing results, a (spamming) tool is not going to help. You need to get your marketing plan working well first. Then you can look at automating it to save time using a (marketing) tool.
