How to get paid from user testing ?

I've watched so many videos about how to get paid from user testing, though haven't yet try this web. I found it necessary to have laud/clear audio for you to get paid. You must have good english grammar for them to understand what you are trying to say/explain about their content. You don't have to be fluent in english just be undestandable.
I want to try this one, Im not really good in english but I'm willing to take the chance.
