Can I do SEO on Yahoo ?

My website is ranking good on Google but on Yahoo was so sad, can you share me some ways to do SEO on Yahoo Search Engine. I think I can get a bit traffic from there.

I don't that it is really talk. You know? Yahoo is easy to rank on the tops when we do the SEO for our target keyword. According my experience, I have three keywords which rank on #18 of Google but it is on the first page of Yahoo and Bing. So, If you are on google there is not reason that you cannot on Yahoo and Bing. isn't it..?
