yes in writing your own contents the benefits will solely depends on the level of effort and quality of your own content. Of course your targeted users won't love to read a shitty article that is made for search engines and not for the people (your audience) so keep that in mind and it takes time so for now I suggest you try you do the other methods in creating high quality content. The main advantage of writing your own content is that you won't be spending anything. When you hire somebody to write for you, you're going to have to pay that person somewhere between $5-$10.

That is some terrible advice right there. Taking someone else's content and placing it on your site infringes on their copyright. Posting a link to their page does not make it okay. They can still take legal action against you.

SEO keyword based 100% unique content play an important role for bringing traffic to your website. If you publish spin content or duplicate content than your website will be banned from google search engine.

I did read your post and that is not what you said. You said

Which basically says it is okay to take someone's content as long as you link back to the source. That's still copyright infringement if you do not have the author's permission.

I don't really care what you do. I just don't like seeing misinformation on forums that could lead newbies (or even more experienced marketers) astray.
