The number of backlinks is not the problem. The referral site is.

If it is an authority site, you are in good luck. If not, disavow before you even bat an eyelid!

if they are do-follow, then keep it (but make sure they are not spammy, check their spam score, using moz bar. If that website is spammy disavow it otherwise it will hurt your website. Means it will increase you spam score.).

I'll agree with CyberAlchemist. It's Fact
373 Links is not a huge backlink for the site.
If you crossed the limit of the backlink level surely you get alert from the webmastertool.
