Nowadays, we can use various Javascript framework integrate into our website and it helps our work quickly .

Here is some Js frameworks that I knew

JQuery
PrototypeJS
Yahoo! User Interface Library (YUI)

Used but least known:

Dojo
Mootools

with you, which is best for you and why ?

I was reading some things about javascript o w3schools but I didn't understand exactly where or why to use it since my site for example is just drag & drop and very easy to use. Any advices?

No, but I refer w3schools for every concept related to web designing, I found it very easy because of the examples they take from real world scenarios and they also update about every new concept in the relevant technologies.Still you don't want to refer w3schools then you can go for JavaScript Bible best for beginner.
