Yes, if your website have more redirections pages then your website affected by Google Search Ranking Because your website loading speed go to down and down and aslo effect on Craw Rate/indexing rate . when your website have many more redirections then google bot more confuse when bot read your website. you are facing problem in your website ranking so can't use more redirections in website.
