How to recognize SEO fraud companies?

How do I recognize fraud companies before collaborating with them? - It might be a stupid question but still... Are there any clues?

You cant recognize such seo companies. Just look at the market value of a company and give them a chance to serve you.

I don't find any fraud SEO company uptill now but one can recognize the same by seeing the opinions of different people about the company on the internet.
