Don't focus ruminating on things, instead do something - try a new hobby, a walk in the park, have a workout, read a book, anything that gives you more positive vibes. Don't stay too much on media, they wont help at all.
To reduce strain, I usually use CBD Delta 10 THC & it is one of the latest molecules to reveal itself amongst the other cannabinoids & it is less psychotropic. It benefits me as my Pain-relieving.
I will also try all other suggestions given by experts.
